By using the Alexar LLC website and client portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any terms, please discontinue use of the site.

Alexar LLC provides professional consulting, translation, notary, and administrative services. The client portal allows you to securely upload documents and manage consultation appointments.

To access the client portal, you must create an account managed by our secure third-party authentication provider. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information;
• Maintain the security of your account and password credentials;
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account;
• Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload malicious files, scripts, or viruses;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our hosting systems or networks;
• Use the service for fraud or illegal activities;
• Infringe on intellectual property rights;
• Send spam or unsolicited requests.

When uploading documents through the portal:

• Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOCX;
• Maximum file size: 25 MB per file;
• You confirm you have the right to upload and share said documents;
• We are not responsible for the content of uploaded files.

All website materials (design, text content, logos, graphics) are the property of Alexar LLC and are protected by copyright laws. Copying, distributing, or modifying without our written consent is prohibited.

Alexar LLC provides the service "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service operation. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages;
• Data loss due to failures of our hosting or cloud infrastructure providers or force majeure events;
• Actions of third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the client portal in case of violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Alaska.

We may update these Terms. Changes are published on this page with an updated effective date.
